Soho Strut Hosts SoHo’s Largest Ever Community Arts Event

Local Art Galleries, Resident Artists, and Street Artists Come Together For A Cultural Event With A Pop-Up Gallery Featuring Street Artists and Art Fundraiser To Benefit ACE Programs For The Homeless

New York, New York, July 27, 2015Soho Strut announces Street Art Strut, an evening to celebrate SoHo and its vibrant community of artists and galleries. Tickets will be sold to an exclusive loft party {SoHo Loft TBD} from 7 to 10 p.m. featuring NYC street artists, DJ and an art fundraiser to support local non-profit ACE Programs for the Homeless.

“SoHo has a long and storied history of being an artist haven. Street Art Strut is our way to celebrate SoHo’s roots and showcase the local artists and galleries that make up the vibrant neighborhood,” said Danielle Nazinitsky, founder of Soho Strut.

Popular street artists participating in the loft party include @gumshoeart, @cernesto, @joseph_meloy, @brandonsines, and @nmsalgar.

The loft party will be held at a 2,500 square foot loft at a location TBD from 7 to 10 p.m. NYC street artists will be showcasing their work and creating live art that will be available for purchase with proceeds going to ACE Programs for the Homeless.

Tickets are $25 for the first 50 people, then go up to $35 for the next 150 people and will go up to $50 at the door and include access to an open bar.

“We’re very excited to be working with Soho Strut to showcase the artistic talent we have in SoHo and raise funds for ACE through the live art sales. Both our organizations have a common interest in strengthening our neighborhood and giving back to the local community,” added Michele Schuster, Director of Development, ACE Programs for the Homeless.
