Sessions @ The Leonardo presents Mark Newman, founder and CEO of HireVue.
Utah native Mark Newman has raised 10s of millions of dollars from top-tier venture funds. Noted entrepreneur and VC Bryce Roberts will host the discussion with Newman, who will give an inside view of what it took to snag HireVue’s recent $25 million round of funding from Sequoia Capital.
Newman began developing the concepts for HireVue’s solutions as an undergraduate at Westminster College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business. He later received a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah. Newman is featured regularly in major media outlets, including Inc., Techcrunch, and Workforce Management. He was recognized as a “2012 Workforce Game Changer” by Workforce Management Magazine and as a member of the “2013 30 under 30” by Inc. Magazine.
