SAVANNAH, Georgia – June 4, 2015 – Interviews with leaders in art, design, technology and other creative fields conducted by Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) President and Founder Paula Wallace, will be offered at no charge on the in-flight entertainment system of Delta Air Lines, Delta Studio™. The interview series “On Creativity” is available on all Delta flights via passengers’ seat-back screens and the Fly Delta and GoGo apps for smartphones and the iPad.

Among guests interviewed by Wallace for “On Creativity” are actress and writer Mindy Kaling, ABC World News Tonight Anchor David Muir, philanthropist Lauren Bush Lauren, Spanx inventor Sara Blakely, fashion designers Joseph Altuzarra and Christian Siriano, SCAD alumna and TLC network “Bride by Design” star Heidi Elnora, and other heads of the creative class.

“I’m delighted to host conversations with creative tastemakers and trailblazers,” said Wallace. “The series’ guests share their insights on design, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and style. If you’re feeling creative – or want to be – please join me during your next Delta flight.”

The “On Creativity” interviews are new and are produced exclusively for Delta Studio. Inspired by videotaped discussions between President Paula Wallace and luminaries who visit SCAD to discuss their work in creative fields. Topics explored are as expansive as the curriculum at SCAD – from architecture to film and television, interior design to writing, interactive design and game development to fashion, and much more.

The programming also provides viewers with a unique glimpse inside the creative world of SCAD, which is lauded for its strong ties to leading professionals and firms in art and design. According to the university’s most recent study, 97 percent of SCAD graduates were employed or pursuing further study 10 months after receiving their degree.
