New Line of Luxury Handcrafted Accessories to Inspire Many to Rediscover America

Fashion Lifestyle Brand, REVISIT Launches with Quarter-back model to help Preserve the Future of our National Parks

The Woodlands, TX (March 4, 2014)REVISIT (www.REVISITproducts.com), launched today offering an inspirational collection of luxury handcrafted accessories for men and women with every purchase helping to preserve National Parks across America. The new fashion lifestyle brand hopes to inspire all to rediscover America by honoring and assisting our country’s most treasured lands. Founded on caring capitalism, REVISIT will use their Quarter-back model to give 25% of their profits to fund the needs of selected National Parks while spotlighting Park Benefactors’ facts, programs and history.

When longtime friends, Jillian DiIorio (former SVP, Sales & Retail Marketing, TOMS) and Brent Celek (Tight End, Philadelphia Eagles, NFL) first realized that many of our National Parks are facing cut programs, park closures and fewer Park Rangers, they quickly decided to help. The duo created REVISIT and are launching with their first collection of handcrafted luxury accessories that will inspire rediscovery, promote local artisans and ultimately help preserve the future of the National Parks by giving 25% of their profits back. REVISIT was born and founded to create products that honor and assist endangered or forgotten communities, cultures and histories in America.

“In a world where technology continues to progress, becoming a bigger part of our lives, our National Parks are some of the most important places that we can go with our families to gather and spend meaningful time unplugged. It is important to me that people are able to continue to enjoy and have access to the beautiful lands and history that our country offers through these parks. REVISIT is a way we can immediately help our Parks and inspire many to visit and revisit together,” says Brent Celek, co-founder, REVISIT.

With a commitment to 100% Made in America, REVISIT launches with The Founders Collection; rich accessories designed to honor the visionaries that founded our National Parks. REVISIT’s first Park Benefactor will be Friends of Independence National Historical Park who support Independence National Historical Park located in Philadelphia. The Park is located in the downtown historical district and was officially established in 1948. In the center of the park is Independence Hall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the building where the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated and created. The park is currently open daily and offers many tours led by Park Rangers and volunteers. Funds raised by REVISIT will go to Friends of Independence National Historical Park  projects that support Independence. For more information about the Friends of Independence go to www.friendsofindependence.org

“Friends of Independence National Historical Park is honored to be chosen as the first partner for REVISIT. When we formed in 1972, we were the first friends group in the history of the National Park Service. Now, FINHP will be the first recipient in an exciting new partnership that will help to safeguard the future of America’s national parks, particularly the future of Independence National Historical Park. We are enthusiastic and we are looking forward to much success with REVISIT, ” says Austin Morris Jr., Chairman, Friends of Independence National Historical Park.

In addition to selling The Founders Collection, REVISIT also hopes to inspire community action surrounding the Parks, by sharing current park news, park spotlights and reporting the impact being made by REVISIT purchases. REVISIT will also launch a series called MADE (an exploration of the manufacturing process, individuals they work with and more surrounding sourcing goods) and will share stories of individuals past and present that have and are making significant impact on the parks.

“With our National Parks facing increased funding cuts, its a critical time to look for new way to get involved and become advocates for these great parks. People are unaware that the underfunding has caused the closure of campgrounds, trails to fall into disrepair, and children’s programs to be cut. Unless immediate action is taken our nation’s cultural heritage and natural wonders will be at risk for future generations. Our hope is that we can offer a helping hand through REVISIT to the thousands that work daily to keep the Parks open and accessible to all and encourage many to rediscover America,” shares Jillian DiIorio, co-founder, REVISIT.

REVISIT will continue to offer new collections by partnering with local designers and artisans to create the highest quality luxury goods. All goods will inspire a reconnection with the essential stories and accompany us as we create new ones. Retail pricing for The Founders Collection ranges from $50-$1,400.
